A Norooz to Remember - Follow Up Event
On behalf of everyone at NIAS we would like to wish you and your loved ones happy Norooz and invite you to join us Tuesday, April 7th @ 7 PM at Caspian Restaurant for our 1st meeting of 1388.
We thank everyone who supported “Norooz to Remember - Sponsoring Iranian families in shelters”. Our event helped raise over $6,400 for an Iranian family. Your donation has offered new hope for the New Year.
As a result we will be presenting a check to Human Options Shelter representatives. Please remember you can still donate to the shelter that night.
Meeting program:
• Representatives from Human options shelter presentation
• Maziyar Tofigh (Chiz Magazine)- Will present his amazingly funny skit on human nature, society, and difference between men and women.
• Eslam Shams will be airing his Academy award winning short film “West bank Story”
• Interactive group discussion - Please bring ideas of humanitarian and social events you would like NIAS to conduct.
