Volleyball Tournament Team Registration

Entry Fee before October 1st: $240 for team up to 6 members, and $40 for each additional member (includes tournament participation, lunch and refreshments)

Deposit: $ 125.00 minimum – we encourage you to pre-pay the total amount

Entry Fee after October 1st: $300 for team up to 6 members, and $50 for each additional member (includes tournament participation, lunch and refreshment.

If you miss the deadline there is no exception

**All team members must be present no later than 9:00 Am for tournament rules and details**

Please follow the instructions below to register your team:

1. You have a choice of paying the $125 deposit (deposit is non-refundable), or paying your total amount (make sure to pay according to the number of players you have. We use paypal, you can pay even if you don’t have a paypal account.

2. Fill out the form and submit.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 48 hours of your registration.
